Zachery Saleski

Position: Offensive Line Coach

Bio: Zachery Saleski joined the Ohio State Club Football coaching staff in 2024, and wasted no time leaving his mark on the program.

In his first season with the Buckeyes, four of his five starting offensive linemen were named to NCFA All-American lists which led to Saleski being named the NCFA’s Assistant Coach of the Year, joining Dylan Barron as the only Buckeye assistants to win the award.

Saleski is no stranger to the National Club Football Association, as he played two seasons as a lineman and linebacker for the Miami (OH) Club Football program in 2011 and 2012, winning back-to-back Great Lakes Conference titles, and helping the Redhawks to an appearance in the 2012 NCFA National Championship Game. Zac also spent time as an assistant coach for the Redhawks and won another Great Lakes Conference title in 2015, while once again reaching the NCFA national title game.

A native of Liberty, Missouri, Coach Saleski eventually moved to Ohio and graduated from Dublin Jerome High School, where he starred as an offensive and defensive lineman and linebacker.

Prior to his time with Ohio State, Coach Saleski served as the Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator of the Silesia Rebels of the Polish Football League in 2020-21. Prior to his time with the Rebels, Saleski was the Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator for the Paderborn Dolphins of the German Football League in 2019-20. He also served as the Defensive Coordinator of the Wyszkow Rhinos in Poland in 2018.
